The Bungalow Casa Rossa is within the walls of the exclusive private residence, Corte Grande, which is about 100 meters (328 feet) from the center Aprilia Marittima and offers enough space for 4 people.

Nestled in a lush Mediterranean green space, there is direct access from the bungalow’s hotel garden to the pristine swimming pool.

The lovingly designed garden, with a spacious terrace, offers not only a magnificent view of the pool, but is also an inviting place to have tasty barbecues with the open stone grill. .

Inside Casa Rossa a modern, convenient and high-quality furnishing and a new, fully equipped kitchen, which makes cooking fun, even on vacation awaits you.

In addition to the large kitchen, the Bungalow also has a living zone, a ful equiped bathroom and a separate bedroom which is well appointed. In order to protect yourself from unwanted little guests, there are insect screens in both the bedroom and the living room.

To complete your relaxation, there is also a very big UHD flatscreen with many stations.

It is only possible to enter the area with a key.

Casa Rossa may be located in a court, but it is not secluded. In the immediate vicinity is an extremely well stocked supermarket, a hairdresser’s salon, several restaurants and bars, the harbor and the sea, two children’s playgrounds, various sports grounds, a bike path directly to Lignano and endless possibilities for going for a walk. To reach the center of Aprilia Marittima you just need to take a few steps.

In Casa Rossa you can enjoy the best of both worlds: privacy as well as the flair of an Italian coastal town.

The price not included: final cleaning for 70 Euro; bedding and towels (see package EXTRA) and public autobus transportation to the beach Lignano (also back) and deposit!
