- How can I book?
Simply fill out the request/booking form, or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know when you would like to come, how many people will be travelling with you as well as their names and dates of birth.
- Why do recommend that you book with us?
Great value for your money- that means new accommodations at a **** star level with fair prices! No extra or hidden costs! Personal check in directly after arrival in the main season!
- What are the terms of booking and payment
From your written booking, we will gladly keep the desired travel dates in evidence for a short period of time. Within this period, your deposit (40%) should deposit into the account, otherwise your reservation will automatically expire. Only after receipt of the deposit we confirm the fixed travel date. By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions. The remaining payment including a damage deposit of 150€ must be paid up to one month before the date of arrival. During the rental period, the renter will arrange the cleaning of the rental home. The tenant is liable during the rental period for all damage caused by himself and by the persons belonging to him to the object and its inventory If less than one month has elapsed between the booking and the day of arrival, the entire amount must be transferred in one day within a few days. If the payment is not received, the booking is automatically cancelled. No money back will be given for later arrivals and earlier departures. The damage deposit will be returned unless there is property damage, thievery, or extreme uncleanliness (e.g: spots on the mattress cover), € 50 deductible in case of loss or destruction of the pool card. Cancelation: A cancelation up to 3 months prior to arrival is free,less a processing fee of 10% of the deposit. Up until 1 month before arrival, a cancellation fee for the down payment will be charged. Any short-term cancelations less than 1 month prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room fees, not including unused services.The apartment price/week is for 4 persons. For every additionally guest will be an extra charge. No liability for services which are not operated directly by Signora Ruth (e.g. autobus, beach service, weather,common areas, etc.).The booked Relax pampering package can not be canceled and will not be refunded in case of a cancellation of the holiday as it was rented separately for the customer. Liability of the landlord: the landlord is liable only for damages, which he is based on an intentional and / or grossly negligent breach of duty of the landlord. A further liability of the landlord is excluded.
- What is included in the price of the Aprilia Marittima apartments?
Sleeping costs, hydro, gas, water, use of the pool and parking spaces, as well as heating costs in the winter season (November till march)
- What is not included in the price of the Aprilia Marittima apartments?
A final cleaning which costs € 50, bedding, towels, kitchen linens ( which you can book separately for € 15 /person)
Air conditioning: optional booking in the summer season: March – October for 50 € /week (Appartamento Blu) and 70 € / Week (Appartamento Azzurro/Verde), housekeeping service (mo-fr) 120€/week;
- What does our price include in Lignano Sabbiadoro?
Cost of living for max. 4 persons, electricity, gas, water and heating, air conditioning.
- What does not our price in Lignano Sabbiadoro include?
Final cleaning of 50 €, bed linen and towels included (but can be booked separately for € 15 / person), house maid service (Mon-Fri – bookable separately for 120 € / week), parking (in the surrounding area there are possibilities to park)
- How do I arrive? Highway exit?
The easiest way to reach us is by car (highway exit Lignano-Aprilia Marittima). You can, of course, also travel by train, in which case we recommend that you travel to Latisana, and take a taxi from there (costs approx. 30€).You can also fly to Trieste or Venice.
- Where can I park?
If you are a guest in one of our apartments, then you can use the large general parking spaces.
If you are staying in the Bungalo wCasa Rossa, there is a private parking spot directly in front of your door, which only you are allowed to use In Lignano Sabbiadoro a large parking garage is located in the street from the house or 130 meters from the house begins the “white zone” (= free parking).
- Are house pets allowed?
pets on demand – additional costs of 25 Euro per stay (only in Verde, Corallo and Rossa). From mid-May to mid-September there are 2 private chargeable dog beaches in Lignano (the links can be found on the homepage under the point “location”) and two public free dog beaches each at the two ends of the peninsula. From mid-September to mid-May, the entire sandy beach of Lignano is freely accessible to dogs. In the Aprilia Marittima, your dog is allowed to go to and into the sea all year round.
- What do I need to bring with me?
Unless you request them from us, then we ask that you bring your own bedding, towels, and dish clothes with you. (Bedding und towels can be booked separately for 15 euro/person) – Pillows and warm duvets are provided in all accommodations.
- Are there any grocery stores?
If you are a guest in one of our apartments, you are just an elevator ride away from the A&O (or Spar) which is open daily and is located in the building. The Bungalow is about 150 m (500 feet) away.
Right in the building of Attico d`Oro is a supermarket which is open in the main season otherwise you also have the possibility to go shopping at Interspar, Pam, Lidl etc.
- Are there any places to eat breakfast in the area?
Yes, for example, you could enjoy a lovely daily breakfast at the Gelateria in the Aprilia Marittima. In addition, other places such as Henrys Bar, the restaurants of Punta Gabbiani, Bar da Bruto offer a daily breakfast. In Lignano you can find everywhere places in which you can enjoy your brakfast- on the beach, on the pedestrian precinct or in the city.
- Where can I go swimming?
A very large, wonderful sport pool is available for the guests of Aprilia Marittima. In order to use it, you will receive an entry card when you check in. The Bungalow also features a very large, pristine private pool, which you can access directly through the yard of the Bungalow. This pool is also only available for guests and owners. In Lignano, the sea is waiting for you all the year round.
- How do I reach the beach?
The public autobus transportation brings you directly from Aprilia (every hour) to the beach of Lignano and home again. Furthermore, there are many bike rental shops in the area, where you can borrow the perfect bike to suit your needs. There is a bike path in front of Aprilia Marittima leading directly to the beach. Of course, you can also drive your car to the beach. The sandy beaches Lignano Pineta and Riviera are about 3 km (1.9 miles) away from the Aprilia Marittima – Lignano Sabbiadoro is about 4 km (2.5 miles) away. When you have booked Attico d`Oro for your holiday the beach is at your feet.

- Do I have WLAN?
no, unfortunately it is not available, but you ll have a free access at La Bar Piazetta / Gelateria directly in the Aprilia Residence. Additionally there is no roaming any more! In the Lignano you can use the free access to Wifi at the beach or you can book wireless from different providers of the zone for 5€/month
- Whom can I contact if I have a problem?
You can contact the women from our local partner agency with your concerns, who gladly take over my duties if I am unable to be there in person. In this case, they are also responsible for handing over the key and final inspection. In emergencies, you can also reach me +43 664 9163258.
- Is it possible to book a long weekend?
You can gladly do this in the slow season (min.3 nights/apartment, bungalow 4 nights min.). Not in high season (mid-June to 15th September). Here the accommodations are rented only on a weekly basis. In July and august the start depends on the apartment. (Verde, Oro: friday; Corallo,Rossa:saturday; Blu and Azzurro: sunday;)
- How does the key handover work?
In the high season I will personally welcome you on arrival. So there is no wait for you and your holiday can start seamlessly. If I can not be present in person, the ladies of the partner agency like to give you the key. – Apartments are always given between 16:00-19:00 (4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) At the time of key handover, guests are expected to give their passports.
