Terms and Conditions (Booking and Payment Terms):

  • A down-payment of 40 percent at the time of reservation
  • The reservation is only accepted after the down payment has been received
  • Transfer of the remaining costs, which include the full payment of the apartment, as well as a damage deposit of 150 euros must be paid, at the latest, one month before arrival.If less than one month has elapsed between the booking and the day of arrival, the entire amount must be transferred in one payment within a few days.
  • Before receiving the key, the customer must provide proof of identity
  • The deposit will be returned promptly after final cleaning / inspection in high season (July / August) and in the off season the return transfer can be made up to 7 days after departure. The damage deposit will only be kept in cases of property damage, thievery, and extreme cases of uncleanliness (e.g: spots on the matress cover, additional work for getting clean the apartment), € 100 deductible in case of loss or destruction of the pool card; If the apartment key is lost, all costs must be borne by the guest (including changing the lock).
  • During the rental period, the renter will arrange the cleaning of the holiday accommodation. The tenant is liable during the rental period for all damage caused by himself and by the persons belonging to him to the object and its inventory. Since new guests always arrive on the same day, it is very important to me that the check-in times for all my guests are observed. Please note that at the time of booking you have payed 70 € for a final cleaning and not for a basic cleaning. However, should a basic cleaning be necessary after your departure, you will automatically be deducted from the deposit another 70 € to settle the resulting expense and additional costs. I would like to ask you to leave the apartment in a good condition. This includes washing the dishes, separating and disposing of your waste and leftover food, no smudged surfaces (doors, boxes, sofa, window panes, etc), broom-free flooring, and, if necessary, stripping the sheets. If you travel with a dog, dog hair must be removed from the bed and the couch.
  • No money will be returned for later arrivals or earlier departures
  • Cancelation terms: A cancelation up to 3 months before arrival is free,less a processing fee of 10% of the deposit. Up until 1 month before arrival, a cancellation fee for the cost of the down-payment will be charged. Any short-term cancelations less than 1 month prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room fees, not including unused services.It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. A free cancellation depends exclusively on whether the accommodation service is possible. The apartment price/week is for 4 persons. For every additionally guest will be an extra charge. The booked Relax pampering package can not be canceled and will not be refunded in case of a cancellation of the holiday as it was rented separately for the customer.
  • No liability for services which are not operated directly by Signora Ruth (e.g. wifi,autobus, beach service, weather, common areas, pool etc.). There is a travel allowance of 40 € will be charged with self-debt of the guest (eg lockout from the apartment, request for air conditioning, outside the check in day, etc.), which must be settled immediately cash (on account). If the energy costs are subject to a price increase of more than 20% during the year, the price must be adjusted.
